Slim PIR Insulation Board for Thermal Bridging, Walls, Floors and Roofs

Celotex TB4000 is a slim, high-performance PIR insulation board designed for projects where space is restricted but thermal performance still matters. It is commonly used to reduce thermal bridging around walls, floors, roofs, reveals, junctions and other areas where thicker insulation boards may not be practical.

Each board measures 2400mm x 1200mm and covers 2.88m². The TB4000 range is available in thinner board options, including 20mm, 25mm, 30mm and 40mm, making it useful for detail work, internal upgrades and areas with limited build-up depth.

Celotex TB4000 has a rigid PIR insulation core with low-emissivity foil facings on both sides. It provides a thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/mK, helping improve energy efficiency while keeping the insulation layer slim and easy to install.
