Because many soundproofing and building material orders involve heavy goods, pallet deliveries, special-order products and project-based buying, it is important that you read this Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
If you wish to return an item, you must contact us first before sending anything back.

• your order number
• your full name
• the item(s) you want to return
• the reason for the return
• photos if the goods are damaged, faulty or incorrect
Return condition
To be eligible for return, items must usually be:
• unused
• in a resaleable condition
• in the original packaging
• not damaged after delivery
• not cut, opened, fitted, installed or altered
We reserve the right to refuse returns where goods are not in a suitable condition for resale.
Non-returnable items
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, we may not accept returns for:
• made-to-order items
• special-order items
• bespoke or custom-cut products
• opened adhesives, sealants or similar consumables
• goods damaged after delivery
• items not returned in a resaleable condition
• clearance or non-standard stock where stated at point of sale

Change-of-mind returns
If you change your mind, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Approved change-of-mind returns may be subject to:
• return transport charges
• collection charges
• handling charges
• restocking fees where applicable
Original delivery charges may be non-refundable unless required by law.
Returned goods must be received back in acceptable condition before any refund is processed.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
If you receive goods that are faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible.
Do not install, cut or use the product before contacting us, as this may affect the outcome of your claim.
Where a claim is accepted, we may offer one of the following:
• replacement goods
• a partial refund
• a full refund
• another suitable resolution depending on the issue
We may ask for:
• photographs
• packaging images
• batch details
• delivery labels
• a description of the problem
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method where possible.
Please allow a reasonable period for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
We may withhold a refund until:
• returned goods have been received and checked, or
• we have sufficient evidence of damage, fault or non-delivery

• access and delivery conditions
