Recticel Eurothane GP is a high-performance, foil-faced PIR insulation board designed for a wide range of thermal insulation applications. It can be installed in pitched roofs, framed walls, internal walls, floors, ceilings and loft spaces, subject to the requirements of the complete construction.
Each board measures 2400 x 1200mm and covers 2.88m². The boards are sold individually, allowing you to order the exact quantity required without being restricted to full packs.
Eurothane GP has a declared thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/mK, providing strong thermal performance without requiring the thickness associated with many traditional insulation materials. The rigid PIR core is faced on both sides with gas-diffusion-tight multilayer foil featuring a printed grid to assist with measuring and cutting.
This product is thermal insulation. It may form part of a construction that also includes acoustic insulation, but Eurothane GP should not be treated as a dedicated soundproofing board.

A higher R-value represents greater thermal resistance. The correct thickness depends on the complete construction rather than the insulation board alone. Check the required U-value or project specification before ordering.
Installation Guidance
Measure the installation area carefully and allow for cutting waste. Each full board covers 2.88m², but additional material may be required around openings, corners and irregular areas.
Cut the boards accurately using a suitable fine-tooth insulation saw or sharp cutting tool. Boards should be fitted tightly together, with gaps kept to a minimum. Small unavoidable gaps may be filled with a compatible low-expansion insulation foam where permitted by the system specification.
Keep the foil facings clean and undamaged. Joints can be sealed with a suitable foil insulation tape when required to maintain continuity of the specified air or vapour-control layer.
Use the correct mechanical fixings, washers, battens or supporting components for the application. Do not rely on the insulation board to provide structural support.
Condensation risk, ventilation, fire protection and vapour control must be considered as part of the complete construction. A separate vapour-control layer may still be required.

Is 160mm available?
