Knauf APR Acoustic Roll
Knauf APR Acoustic Roll is a glass mineral wool acoustic insulation roll designed for use in internal walls, partitions and timber joist floor cavities. It helps absorb sound within the cavity, reducing resonance and improving the overall acoustic performance of the wall or floor system.
This product is available in 25mm, 50mm and 100mm thicknesses, with each roll size matched to the selected thickness. It is suitable for timber stud walls, metal stud partitions, floor joists and separating floor constructions where acoustic absorption is required as part of a complete soundproofing system.

Installation Note
Install the roll between studs or joists, ensuring it fits neatly within the cavity without large gaps. Avoid unnecessary compression, as this can reduce acoustic and thermal performance. Final sound reduction depends on the complete wall or floor system, including board layers, sealing, isolation details and any flanking noise paths.
