Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
- The return request must be submitted within the return period.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Custom-made or made-to-order products
- Custom-cut materials
- Installed or used products
- Clearance or final sale items
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
