We deliver soundproofing, insulation and building materials across the UK using parcel, long-item and pallet delivery services. The delivery method and charge depend on the products, order size and postcode.
Small Items
Standard small-item delivery is usually £20 ex VAT.
Palletised Orders
Standard pallet delivery is usually £55 ex VAT.
Typical Timing
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 working days. Most deliveries then arrive within 2–7 working days after dispatch.
Croydon Collection
Collection is available from Croydon by appointment only. Please arrange it before travelling.
Large, Long or Remote Deliveries
Long products such as 2.4m furring channel, oversized materials and some rural, remote, offshore or Northern Ireland deliveries can require an additional charge or different delivery service. Any applicable charge should be confirmed before the order is completed.
Free Delivery Thresholds
- Free delivery is available on most qualifying orders over £3,000 ex VAT.
- Most qualifying PIR insulation orders over £500 ex VAT are delivered free.
- Remote-area, specialist and oversized delivery restrictions can still apply.
Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items
Please inspect the delivery when it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours and provide photographs of the goods and packaging where relevant so we can investigate quickly.
