Warmaliner PIR Insulated Plasterboard Thermal Laminate
PIR Insulated Plasterboard for Internal Walls, Ceilings and Roofs
Warmaliner PIR Insulated Plasterboard Thermal Laminate is a composite board made from PIR insulation factory-bonded to a 12.5mm plasterboard facing. It is designed to improve thermal performance while also providing a ready-to-finish internal plasterboard surface.
Each board measures 2400mm x 1200mm and covers 2.88m², making it suitable for internal drylining, wall insulation, ceiling upgrades, pitched roofs and refurbishment projects where insulation and plasterboard need to be installed together.
The PIR insulation core has a low thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/mK, helping reduce heat loss and improve energy efficiency. The plasterboard face gives a practical internal lining ready for jointing, skimming or decoration, depending on the project specification.
Warmaliner can be mechanically fixed or adhesively bonded as part of a suitable drylining system. It is commonly used in residential and commercial buildings where you need to upgrade internal thermal performance without installing separate insulation and plasterboard layers.

FAQ
What is Warmaliner PIR insulated plasterboard used for?
It is used for internal wall, ceiling and roof drylining where you need insulation and plasterboard in one board.
What size is each board?
Each board is 2400mm x 1200mm and covers 2.88m².
What thicknesses are available?
The main options are 37.5mm, 52.5mm, 62.5mm and 72.5mm overall thickness.
Can it be dot and dabbed?
It can be adhesively bonded or mechanically fixed, subject to the wall condition and project specification.
Is this an acoustic product?
No. This is primarily a thermal insulation product. It may add some mass to a wall lining, but it should not be sold as a dedicated soundproofing board.
